At TGC Collectables, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fashion purchases. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all TGC Collectables designer tags and authenticity cards are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
